Editor, decomposition varaibles and Mail Service

Postby tr » Sun Apr 08, 2012 9:33 am

Hello,

trying to test the Mail Service, I found some strange behaviour using the editor.

I defined a task, registered it to the Mail Service and found afterwards all 11 variables automatically placed in the decomposition.

I reduced them to just 5 and saved the file. Every time, when I reopen the task, all 11 variables are additionally back in the decomposition, i. e. 5 of them are double.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks & Regards,

Tilo

You have discovered a bug in the Editor. It has been fixed for the next release (coming in the next 1-2 weeks).

Hi Michael, we have same issue too (Editor version is YAWLEditor2.2.01).
we found another problem in testing MailService: we tried with many settings for SMTP (more than one provider) but in all cases it gives us following result in log:
<string key="result" value="Generic error: Exception reading response"/>. We made same example find in user manual, with only 5 variables instead of 11, with other settings specified in web.xml. :?:
